MISSION STATEMENT
We are God’s people, called to be servants of His mission for this time and place. Through Jesus Christ, God has graciously chosen us to be His people, and through His Spirit, He graciously enables us in our calling. Gathering around Word and Sacraments, we will seek to identify, develop, and use our God-given talents and resources to fulfill His will for us and for our neighbors near and far.

We are one of Johnstown's historic churches and a member of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, the Allegheny Synod, Bishop Michael Rhyne. We are located in Johnstown, Pennsylvania in the heart of the beautiful Allegheny mountains. This area is known in history as "Flood City" because of the devastating floods that have occurred here. Also, Johnstown was once one of the great American steel producing cities.
