As such, we are a 501(c)(3) Nonprofit and are legally organized by the Model Constitution For Congregations which can be downloaded from ELCA.ORG. All bylaws, policies and provisions particular to Zion Lutheran Church are understood not to be in conflict with the policies or provisions of the ELCA.
