Zion Lutheran Church is a member of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. As such, we are a 501(c)(3) Nonprofit and are tax exempt under the tax law of the state of Pennsylvania with a valid tax exempt certificate. We are legally organized by the Model Constitution For Congregations which can be downloaded from ELCA.ORG. All bylaws, policies and provisions particular to Zion Lutheran Church are understood not to be in conflict with the policies or provisions of the ELCA.
